Return policy

Consumers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, with no reason needed, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Requests should be sent to sandrine.hirson@orange.fr with the order number. Returns are shipped back to the studio: 10 rue William Cliff 02100 Saint-Quentin.

Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the returned work is received, or after proof of shipment is provided by the buyer, whichever is earlier.
